Answer:  All rentals have a 2-hour minimum. This ensures you have adequate time to experience the full capabilities of our advanced mobility robots with professional operator support.

Question: Do you offer any discount?

Answer:  Yes!  Rent for 8 hours or more in a single day and receive 1 complimentary hour (effectively paying for only 7 hours). The maximum rental duration is 12 hours per day.

Question:  Do you support multiple day rentals?

Answer:  Absolutely. Multi-day rentals are available with flexible scheduling:

  • Day 1: Hourly pricing applies (2-hour minimum)
  • Subsequent days: Full-day rate applies, even for partial days
  • You may split your rental across multiple separate days to take advantage of hourly pricing

Question:  What happens after I book?

Answer:   Within 24 hours of booking, we'll contact you to confirm details and schedule delivery. Our trained operator will arrive at your location to set up the robot, provide a safety briefing, and manage the robot operation throughout your rental period.

Question:  Can I operate the robot myself?

Answer:   This depends on the robot model and your event needs. Our operator will assess the situation and may provide hands-on training for basic controls under supervision. Safety is our top priority—our professional operator remains on-site to ensure a successful, incident-free experience.

Question: Is insurance included?

Answer:  Yes. All rentals include comprehensive liability insurance coverage at no additional cost, giving you complete peace of mind during your event.
